REQUESTING SACRAMENTAL RECORDS
Catholics often are need in a copy of their sacramental records (i.e. baptism, marriage, confirmation) for such things as getting married in the Church, becoming a godparent for baptism or a sponsor for confirmation, or for pursuing a formal ministry in the church for such roles as priests, deacons and Lay Ecclesial Ministers.
